Shipping: You found cool stuff and want it NOW! So, here are the options for getting it to you on your timeframe:

We really appreciate you shopping at Urban Belly and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please try it on or pass it on as soon as you receive it. We are kinda strict on our return policy and will make no exceptions.

Delivery Terms
All items will be shipped the next business day, unless it is specified on backorder. If you need an item to be sent overnight and want it to leave the same business day, please call the store directly at (515) 244-5000 and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Otherwise, the item will be received 2 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping will usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days of order placement. Second Day Air items will be sent the following business day to arrive 3 business days after order is placed. We will determine the most efficient method to get this delivered to you upon receipt of your order. Most often standard and second day air items will go through UPS and overnights will be sent via USPS.

International Shipments
Urban Belly does not currently ship items internationally via the website. If you are shopping with us outside of the US, please call (515) 244-5000 or e-mail info@urbanbelly.com to see if accommodations can be made.

Bringin’ It Back Policy
It didn’t work out…..bummer! But don’t worry about it, you can return it within 15 days of placing your order. Just make sure it is in the same condition it was when we sent it - tags on, undamaged – and send it back with your receipt. Since our online shoppers can’t try anything on prior to purchase, we will refund your credit card, minus the amount you paid for shipping. Call us at (515) 244-5000 and we will give you an authorization number to ensure a smooth return process.
